The fact that El Gato Negro is getting positive reviews is proof that if you put a small crappy authentic looking non-chain restaurant and overcharge for it some people in New Orleans will like it. I mean the food there tastes no different then Juans or Izzos, and yet they are so freaking expensive they only give you 7 chips to start and then CHARGE for refills. Unreal
