ETA: let the complaining begin.

I was kind of hoping LSU and ULL could do a 3 game series; even if it was the mid week series like Florida and Florida State did this year.

One of our 2015 recruits is on the roster for the Perfect Game All-American Classic.

quote:

Ryan Cole McKay

McKay stands tall among an impressive group of Texas flamethrowers in the 2015 class. He uses his 6-foot-5 frame well to generate good downhill leverage to drive the baseball downhill which adds to the difficulty that opposing hitters have trying to hit his low- to mid-90s fastball and power curveball. When McKay is on and hitting his spots he's nearly unhittable.

Maybe the Astros can draft him and LSU will get him when they don't sign him
Looks like MLB will be tough to beat for this one

Looks like Ibarra had taken the Blake Dean/Alex Edward staff position this year.

Cade Stone not listed on the roster. That puts us at 37 with 2 cuts to make.

Whitty will have to make team, he hasn't had a good summer. Several coming off injuries. Mitchell and Domangue are probably two others that will have to earn it. Domangue seems to have done a little better this summer but started off really bad. Mitchell has shown a few things this summer as well. Someone will see the writing on the wall after fall ball, that's usually how it shakes out. Stone didn't get off to a good start this summer.

I don't think that that's a safe assumption.

with this schedule we should easily win 8 out of 10 series. Only series loss could possibly be @ MSU @ Ark (but I think we win both) and @ USCe.

note: I wouldn't be surprised if that USCe series is for the conference regular season title.

But Ole Miss at home we should win
@ Arkasnas is toss up
Kentucky is win or sweep.
@ Bama is win
Auburn is win or sweep
@ Georgia is win
aTm is win or sweep
@ MSU is toss up
MIzzou is sweep
@ USCe is toss up

This schedule really sets up well for a top 8 seed. Assuming we take care of business in the SEC and non conference.

18-22 SEC wins I Think sounds about right.

Of 17 games before #SEC play opens, #LSU will play 6 games against 2014 postseason teams (3 v. Kansas, 1 v. SELU, 1 v. Houston, 1 v. Neb.).
