Had a black guy tell me once that affirmative action is still racist because it helps Asians and Latinos skip ahead of blacks.
He said for sure Asians shouldn't count as minorities because white people love Asians.

That isn't what affirmative action is. But that is what a lot of white failures think it is.
If you had read either one of the Michigan AA cases you would know that THAT is exactly what AA is. Both in admissions and job placement.
