That isn't my fault! I do the best I can with what I've got. Like my grandfather always said, doesn't matter how hard you try, you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shite. I'm aiming more for chicken shite into a Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla. I feel like that's a reasonable goal.

We have "The Brew Exchange" in Austin. It's a great concept except the place plays damn shitty music loud as hell, which is kinda dumb if you ask me. It seems like you'd want your professional type of people going to a place like that.

Will be hitting up the second best brewery in the state tomorrow night.
Staying in Lafayette tomorrow night and am going to hit up a few places to eat while up there. Hitting up some boudin and cracklin for sure. Probably stopping at Poche's on the way back too

Wasn't planning on it this weekend but my grandmother's wake/funeral-seperate days (actually in Ville Platte) is up there so I figured I would hit up some spots while I'm there.
