OK, I've got so much I decided to divide it up and try 4 recipes. Yesterday I tried No. 1:

Steamed Kale for about 3-4 minutes. Put in mixing bowl and added kosher salt and ground black pepper. Drizzled a little bit of olive oil and tossed everything. Served hot.

It was GREAT! Tasted like butter. Wife said 'so you added butter?' Me: "Nope, no butter."

Today, I'm going to try Kale slaw using it raw.

Creamed kale. Also works with collards. It balances out the healthy aspect of kale.

Blanch greens. Squeeze out moisture. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Add diced shallot and a garlic clove smashed. Then add cup of cream, reduce by half. Add in chopped kale and warm through. This is from Southern Comfort cookbook and it is awesome
