I love the stuff, cheap, nutritious and tasty. If you like Southern greens like collards and turnips, you'll love kale. I do like several have said, cooked down with red onions and andouille or with lentils in soup. Roasted with olive oil and salt as chips is good to.

If you have food 'things' and your momma used to cut the crusts off your bread, you probably won't like kale.
