The only "boiling point" I know is off of 90 toward New Iberia.

I tried it at the Boiling Crab in San Jose. It took us 45 minutes to get Togo and would've been 2 hours for a table It's meh in my opinion, but it was good enough to the boiled seafood craving while out here on the west coast. Really messy though, Lafayette dusting method is better than this method.
