If you've never seen troll 2, that's what you should watch. The description is something like "the best worst movie ever made" and it is. Just be a little inebriated while watching, it helps.

As one who has seen almost all of the bad movies listed thus far in this thread, my recommendations would be Troll 2 or Gymkata, with the edge going to Troll 2.
The best part about Troll 2 is afterwards you should watch the documentary "Best Worst Movie." It was done by the kid who starred in the movie. The lead (term used VERY loosely) actor (also used VERY loosely) was a former Auburn cheerleader and current dentist in Alexander City, Alabama. Most others in the cast are truly insane.
To give you an idea about this movie with out giving anything away, the film was written by an Italian woman (the director's wife) who wanted to write a horror movie targeting the vegetarian fad that was growing in her group of friends.
The results were spectacular!
ETA: You have no idea how badly I want to post youtube links to particular scenes, but I'll resist and let y'all see them in their natural environment.
