I don't see how one can enjoy Vietnamese or Indian and not enjoy Thai.

Same here...usually it's 'I enjoy Viet and Thai but not Indian.' FWIW I've had Indian several times and it's either a hit or miss for me. Most people would probably think I'm nuts since I don't like butter chicken at all. I do however love mango lassi, naan, tandoori chicken, saag paneer, and some curry. ETA: I still need to try Saffron but their hours are a PITA.

FWIW Napoleon, order the Countryside Authentic Thai Red Curry with Chicken. I'm not crazy about Green curry but Red Thai Curry is great. It's good at La Thai as well but more Creole fusion-y and not as authentic tasting.

maybe I just picked the wrong curry.

IDK.

I wanted it spicier than it was.
Plus service was pretty bad. There seemed to only be one waitress. She took our drink, app and entree orders, then didn't see her again until she was picking up the plates.

The golden egg rolls were good, it wasn't bad at all actually. Just not something I would want to seek out to try again.
