St. Mary's grass fed Gouda.

I can't be in this thread. I love cheese and cheese is not on my diet. I love me some gouda though. It's so gouda!

Sweet Home Farm

quote:

Sweet Home Farm is a working family dairy established in Elberta, Alabama in 1984 and was the first farmstead cheese operation in the state. Our mild Gulf Coast climate allows our herd of Guernsey cows to feed on pasture year round. We use no herbicides, pesticides or growth hormones on the farm. There are no preservatives or colorings in our cheese. We specialize in aged, unpasteurized cheeses aged 90 days or longer.

And the Amish Swiss cheese we always get when someone visits family up in ohio

Heini's in Millersburg? That is fantastic cheese. And fudge.

Tons of sampling to be done right there where they make it.

Whole Foods has Heini's cheese.

Sharp Swiss. Sharp Cheddar. Gouda. It was back in 1995. But I still remember the taste with a good dry red wine.

.......Ewephoria Aged Sheeps Milk Gouda....... "This new creation from Holland is unlike any other sheep milk cheese have ever tasted before. The milk comes from a small farm where sheep are treated like family. Even though this cheese has been aged nine months, it has developed a sweet and nutty flavor. This cheese is like candy, with notes of butterscotch and caramel. Experience it for dessert with red or green grapes."..... Got some of this when a friend ordered a bunch of stuff from igourmet.com really good if you have a sweet tooth and are trying to cut carbs.
