Auburn is not top tier after one lucky arse season pulling themselves out of the gutter, but if you look at our bottom line, as much as I hate to say it, but we are middle tier, lately

Since when are 10 win seasons "middle tier?"

2 years ago we played for the National Championship

Exactly.. and that was with Jordan Jefferson and Lee as QB.. This is a serious powerhouse of a program. And then pretty much the only team who shut down Manziel two years in a row.. beat Auburn consistently.. only team to ever beat or challenge Alabama since Saban.. LSU has beaten SC straight up..

4 SEC teams won more than 10 games last season.

And? LSU has held their own versus those teams. Program strength is built over several years. Not just last season.

Why does it bother people so much about what some talking head had to say?

They don't love your school of choice as much as you. OH GOD.

And?

There is no link in the OP.

AU, UA and SC all had better records than LSU last year.

LSU finished 6th in SEC standing and 5th OA record.

People need to stop getting their panties all bunched because someone says something factual.

as I said, it pains me to say it, but looking at the bottom line, we're a middle tier team, we don't come close to the top or bottom of our division, we lose to teams we shouldn't, and when was the last bowl game you were happy about? talent schmalent, I'm just talking results

You must suck at math. 4th out of 14 is not in the middle. I bet "greater than or equal to" really kicked your butt.

Dori you need to get your panties out of a wad and study some simple math.

You got the wrong guy questioning my math. Question your own. 4 teams finished better than LSU OA. So LSU wasn't 4th. They were 5th.

LSU finished 6th in the SEC standings and 5th for overall record.

Out of 14 teams, that is easily in the middle of the pack. Top-middle for sure, but still middle.

OP was about top tier.

Show me the math a-hole.

How is 5th and 6th of 14 teams top tier?

Go ahead. I'm listening.

I love LSU as much as anyone, I think 2014 and beyond could bring greatness.

I think everyone one is frustrated over squandered opportunities and lost/wasted talent over the last few years, I think 2014 will be a good year too

Then I completely agree.

LSU's record stands for itself over the last 15 years. There are many ebbs and flows though.

I keep forgetting, it's the rant, logic, rationale, facts mean nothing here, you need to take a valium, and maybe pour a tall Crown, the season will be here in less than six weeks
