Anybody know a good 24/7 support number for Cox?

I know there is a tech board but it's late and I need to try to get my internet issues resolved quickly, every number on my bill under contact us is either busy or just hangs up before it even rings. None of the numbers I found on Google work either.

Metairie is down. The number is 504-304-8444 and its got a message saying due to high call volume they are unable to take the call due to service issues they are unable to take your call at this time. their team is working diligently to resolve service issues.
