I leave my cell number on my office after hours message. I usually don't answer that phone but will call back anyone that leaves me a message. The druggies generally, unless desperate, don't leave messages. Good people who need help usually do and get a call back from me if I am in town or a staff member if not. Works for me.

My dentist's office is open 6 days a week. Dude is like 38 yrs old and he actually told me that he is only in the office 1 day a week. Says he can't be out bird dogging other practices if he's always working. Dude is up to about 15 practices right now. I'm sure some of the Baton Rouge area dentists know who I'm talking about. He's definitely a business man first and dentist second.
