That would make you the idiot then.

Girl was clearly using a tile brush to clean the tile, meanwhile her bitch arse mom was chirping in the background about why her fat daughter was having to clean the floor. She's cleaning the floor because that what they are paying her to do. So what.

Also dumb girl was to stupid to even put on gloves and she tried to blame her manager for that as well.

Lastly that was a fat girl limp not a injured person limp.

If this girl gets any kind of money off this then f&$k this world. Do you job and shut up.

"It makes me feel so disgusted," she said. Unfortunately, she wasn't talking about her weight.

Man, sometimes you look at a situation, and already know the outcome, and it is a no-win. This would be one of those situations.
Handle it properly, tell the girl she doesn't presently fit into your company, but will give her reconsideration later on.
Employees at whattaburger didn't sign onto the UCMJ.

Do you really think that any person( other than parent of a minor child) has a right, to discipline another person, outside of military situations, where people have agreed to put themselves under a different code of justice and behavior, or lost their rights by committing a felony?

Why don't you watch the video? or read the thread

she cleaned the bathroom with one of these

It makes me happy that whataburger tries to keep the bathroom clean. I'd hate to see what would happen if a popeye's employee was given this task

What are you talking about? Bitch was cleaning a floor in a restaurant. How do you think floors get clean? I bet momma's entitled arse walked in to find her daughter doing work that was beneath them and threw a shite fit over poor baby girl being made to clean a floor.

Nowhere did this story say she was getting disciplined by being made to clean the floor.

Yes, as a person that believes in individual rights, and as a person that served to defend The Bill Of Rights, and The U.S Constitution, along with all of it's Amendments, While placing myself under a different code of justice.. I would say that I care about this issue.
Damn.. its about individual rights, but the super can always let her go, its that easy.

Where in my rights does it say that I can abstain from my duties on the job?

That is what she thinks, not the actual reason.

When I used to work as a cook in a restaurant as a teenager I was expected to clean up the work area after each shift. This included sweeping, scraping and mopping the floor, and wiping down all surfaces. Additionally, there was weekly side work of cleaning the coolers, the vents on the oven, baseboards, trashcans, etc. that was divided between the workers.

I was paid for my work.

Were my individual rights violated? What a joke.

Watch the link if you care that much. You already said you didn't. Fat girl said she had to clean floor because she was fat. News story didn't say that at all. There no evidence she had to clean floor because of her being fat.

1. Rucks Russell sounds like a massive troll

2. Whether she is fat or not that would be a shitty thing to have to do. I'm not saying she is above it but a good manager would have split the duties unless she was too incompetent to do anything else.

3. She will get something out of this because whataburger doesn't want this and the managers were probably being dicks and saying stupid shite because let's face it the whole industry wreaks of the lowest common denominator.

I don't think you could successfully run a fast food joint while acting on your hatred of fat people.
