We have fricking Anthony Davis, the best player to come in the league in a long time. We don't have time to be patient and tank for a couple seasons just so we can have a better future. Anthony Davis is too good to be on a bad team. Of course we are trying to fricking win now. We've been patient already we need to win now. I'm sorry but this OP is a fricking legit retard.

Hole's not that Deep bro. Asik and Gordon come off the books in a year if we want them to ($22 million approx.). That leaves our core 4 still here Holiday Evans Anderson Davis if none get moved in FA this year. I'm unsure why you dislike having those 4 players as a core, bc when healthy they all can ball. Plenty of flexiblity in our future, and fyi the more good players you have the easier they are to move bc newsflash teams usually like good players. All our contacts are fair in their own regards, the hole you think you see is a mirage.

I hope you're right, but I'm afraid that Gordon is going to be with the Pels for two more seasons.

Unless we move him, or he opts out, his sorry arse is on the books for 2 more seasons at $15M a pop.

You think he opts out? I really hope so, but I don't see it.

I doubt he opts out (unless he has something in hand at the time).

I actually think he gets moved. It's crazy out there.

(I'm pretty sure it's not whiskey and cocaine talking . . . )

You'd have to be a pretty huge sunshine pumper to not at least sort of agree with the premise of the FO feeling like they had to do something to win now hasn't exactly paid off so far

we just finished year 1 of a multi-year rebuild and we had a rash of injuries to boot

That's what I think, but a lot of people have trouble with that perspective.

When is the rebuild not a rebuild anymore?
