The meaning of the Poem is more about not being able to be together based on circumstance I think.

He may also be referencing the author of the poem who was big into occultism and mysticism. He also wrote a series of poems that are intriguing in reference to the leftovers. William Butler Yeats

Michael Robartes and Owen Aherne

That being said, even if you dig that far into it it's still not going to draw any conclusions.

I actually agree with most it's just a confusing story about severe depression and how people cope. Jill, Garvey, Tom, Nora etc are all dealing with depression.

HEAR the Shadowy Horses, their long manes a-shake, Their hoofs heavy with tumult, their eyes glimmering white; The North unfolds above them clinging, creeping night, The East her hidden joy before the morning break, The West weeps in pale dew and sighs passing away, The South is pouring down roses of crimson fire: O vanity of Sleep, Hope, Dream, endless Desire, The Horses of Disaster plunge in the heavy clay: Beloved, let your eyes half close, and your heart beat Over my heart, and your hair fall over my breast, Drowning love's lonely hour in deep twilight of rest, And hiding their tossing manes and their tumultuous feet.

I think there might be more to it than just learning how to move on.

the poem is about the four horseman of the apocalypse. He is pretty direct and captures the sentiment of what Patti was trying to explain and what I think the GR is about to do

it explains what the GR think is coming

Reads poem. Reads poem again. Reads poem again. Reads poem again and still doesn't know WTF it means.

Last night's show was pretty good and pretty disturbing. Garvey is obviously losing his shite. I thought the Dean character was awesome. Garvey has nothing to fear about Patti's death. One call to his FBI contact and that body disappears. In fact, Patti won't even get her wish that she will be remembered she will just be gone, disappeared. Oh, and I always knew it was the GR who killed one of their own. Rewatch that stoning scene, Gladys begging for her life. Patti is a cold hearted beech.

As I listened to Patti's speach I just couldn't disagree with her more. Her group is just so wrong. People can go through the stages of grief and continue on with their lives without forgetting what happened. If not then none of us would ever be able to go on after someone dies. Granted millions of people up and disappearing is on a grand scale but it's all relative. Those GR people are crazy.

Did I interpret that ending correct in that Garvey's daughter is now going to join mom in the GR?

Not only that but the scene right before was Glaydis in the office room with Laurie, Laurie is visibility shocked at whatever Glaydis just told her off camera, and Glaydis is nodding like it's something that has to be done to strength the cult, it's pretty clear IMO, then the next scene she gets stoned to death.

The GR is good at getting a reaction but for being able to dish it they sure can't take it.

Laurie blowing her rape whistle on Matt because he came to pray for Gladys after the stoning. The GR can recruit but nobody is allowed the flipzilla.

Meg(Liv) snapping and going off was pure comedy. The GR lives to piss people off like breaking into their homes and stealing photos and stalking. Matt gives her a teaspoon of what they deal and she flips her shite. That was a Jan Brady on the rag rant she pulled off.

That is not a spoiler. It was pretty obvious that the GR was planning that.

looks that way. her character was always torn on if people could get better or not. the whole gun incident with Norma convinced her that it really isn't possible.

It all came together for Kevin because his "night" personality finally created some consequences for him. The shirts he thought the dry cleaners stole were actually taken to the cabin at some point.
