Could also mean we have already promised ryno to another team.

I wonder if this means they have an EG taker lined up or figured out a way to absorb Asik and keep the mle

A EG trade is the dream scenario. More than likely it's Austin

Not really but there's always the luxury tax to deal with.

So who thinks we make a move to get into the first round tonight?!

This offseason has been looking like it's going to be crazy for a few weeks. EVERYONE was acting like the grass was greener on the other side and itching to make deals. When everyone else is making a deal GMs often feel compelled to do something too, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if Demps could turn Rivers and Pierre in to a 1st.

Could also be a strong "F You" to the Clippers. It might be personal.

I'm happy to see this. It almost certainly means we're stuck with EG this year. I guess that's better than losing a guy who can become one of your most important pieces.

I think if Ryno is unavailable that means we have already found a trade for Ryno or that we have found a suitor for EG or Dell has found a way to keep everyone just manipulate that cap

I don't think this info gives any certainty to EG being a Pelican or not next season

I think this more so speaks to the fact that the Clippers have nothing to offer us. Ryno is available, just not for scraps.

I doubt that. Sterling is gone and Doc and Monty are BFFs.

Pretty much this.

I wouldn't have minded grabbing Jared Dudley for a TPE or Melvin Ely's non-guaranteed deal, but not for Ryno.

He could potentially play the stretch 4 or SF. I don't think they'd give up Green and Barnes.

He's almost assuredly giving Dell insight on cap situations.

Barnes blows so much arse it's unbelievable.

Lolno.

Especially compared to fricking al Farouq Aminu. You take Barnes for Anderson or Gordon every day of the week and twice on sunday

Holiday
Gordon/Evans
Barnes/Aminu
AD/Whoever
OA/whoever.

That lineup is fun to watch and could make big noise

Rivers had a higher per last season than Barnes had in either of his first two. He is not a good player right now. Ryno for Barnes is a move you make if you expect your team to be bad the next few years.

I'd take Gordon for Barnes all day everyday

Anderson? No way

"The Clippers are considering packaging forward Matt Barnes and the 28th overall pick for either Iman Shumpert, Tony Allen, or Gerald Green."

had to be what they were offering us too...

The Clippers are considering offering that? That's a pretty terrible offer.

Green and Thompson for Gordon and Anderson? Then, resign Morrow?
