No, what it's saying is that many of the findings of that 97% are being misrepresented by groups trying to enable big, bad despotic government. It's not funny, and there already was a novel, and it was quite good.

Again, 97% of scientists who agreed with the man-made global warming, agree with global warming. Not 97% of all scientists.
Statistics are easily manipulated when you hand pick the pool you are surveying. You should be ashamed it's not 100%.
