Oh, it gets much, much worse. Season 4 Episode 1 is literally like they are just fricking with you to see how much total shite you will watch. It was like a Southpark parody of itself. I made it about twenty minutes into the episode when it premiered, turned it off, and haven't watched it since.

Early seasons are good campy fun. Some real bad dialog from time to time but the source material was even worse than the show.
Goes off the rails but still has its moments in later seasons.

I enjoyed season 1. Started losing interest in season 2 when seemed to be more of a "everything but the kitchen sink" genre wise type of show. Watched 1 episode of season 3 and was done.

I still haven't watched S7E1...I read all about it and it sounded like total crap. I'm going to have to force myself to watch it.

You get to see Jason Stackhouse's bare arse, and him getting all manly.

I think Jason has shown his arse before, right? Like in S1 when Lafayette makes him dance with the mask on?

Careful with the spoilers. Not that I really care with True Blood.

I like it a lot. Fun show to me.
Like any show that goes 7 seasons, it has it's peaks and valleys, but I enjoy it.

How many dead girls is that for Jason now?

Can you elaborate on what it is that is enjoyable about it to you? I just can't understand how anybody could enjoy awful television when there are so many great one hour dramas on television these days.
And anybody else can chime in on that as well

Well I typed drama but I just meant great one hour shows regardless of genre

Eh, I'd say True Blood has more downs than ups.

I have to say, I love this show. I'm half way through season 2, and I'm having a blast! I don't know if the comedy is intentional, but damn it's funny. I never know WTF is coming next. Will the entertainment ever end?

Just started season 3.
It seems to be going off the path. Jason Stackhouse makes the show, IMO.
He still has his moments, but him trying to infiltrate the church organization without sleeping with the preachers wife was a great story line.
That shite was hilarious. I wish they could have dragged that out a little longer. I'm concerned about the show at this point.

he first couple of seasons are fun...at this point the show has been a dumpster fire for a while, but I'm sticking with it till the bitter end
This pretty much explains my take. I liked it a lot for a while. Then it got bad.
But now I just cant give up.
