310 because Troop B doesnt have anything else to do. That 310 stretch and the Hwy 90 stretch from Lapalco to the Des Allemands bridge is all they have to do. Lazy bastards.

No where in Orleans Parish or Jefferson does Troop B patrol, very little of St John, Plaquemines and St Bernard

I'm probably going to start using a detector again..

Cops, when they do pop you, routinely inflate the speed. ($$$$)

They know you can't argue, " but I was only going 78, not 84..".

I-10 right past Loyola heading towards LaPlace when the spillway bridge begins. Troopers love to park under the 310 overpass running laser. I see them there 3 times a week.

the three worst speed traps that I know of are:

Woodworth
Waterproof
Washington

All three are blatant speed traps with no safety component to their being...only purpose is to produce revenue for small towns that otherwise wouldn't have (and probably don't need)their own law enforcement agencies....

I-10 at Jennings. Was telling my daughter that as we neared there Sunday heading west, right about that time WAZE came across with police sighting in 1/2 mile. Ended up being two locals who flew by me to pull over a few cars that had sped by me right before that point.

When I lived in Lousiana, I was pulled over on 310 while going the speed of traffic (maybe 68 in a 60). I slowed down so fast that the cop pulled out in front of me, but he stuck his arm out and pointed me to the side. I went to the St Charles Parish courthouse on my date (because they negotiate down) and the line was out the door.

Did this today. They were extremely insistent on me paying the fine there to keep it off of my record. The guy must've told me 6 times in a 3 minute conversation. I'm taking it to trial

A friend of mine is a Port Barre police officer. I asked him about that shite one day, and he told me he hadn't actually patrolled a "city" street in weeks. He just parks on the highway all day.

Also, frick Washington.

Jesus. Just fricking move, people. I don't understand why someone would live in fricking Dodson and write tickets to make money for a town of less than 100. Just fricking move down the street and be a normal person.

The lesson of this thread is all traffic pigs are a waste of space as they seem to have nothing to do but sit on the side of a road playing hide and seek.
