80% of people in this thread apparently have no idea what a speed trap is. They just thing they should be able to drive 80mph all over the state without getting caught.
For example. I55? Speed trap? Uhh no..
Livingston Parish is a speed trap? no

I grew up there. NEVER dreamed it would make the O-T. My heart swells with pride. Yeah a speed trap in it's classic sense. Only revenue available. I left years ago.

I would consider any place that will pull you over for 5MPH over is a speed trap.

I love how in Woodworth they built that new school and made it a 45 zone but there is a still a 65 mph sign in the middle of the zone. Then about 100 yards down the road there is the 45 mph sign again.
People not familiar with the area may speed up and get popped because Woodworth's shitty self knows it's a baited trap. That type of shite should be illegal.
