Kenny V with a sick INT.

Comes to the sideline and says "saw how I caught that bitch"

I'm surprised Andy Tanner still on team. How many years has he been around now without ever stiffing a regular season game?

More linebacker reps for Sunseri with the 2s.

Also looks like Marcus ball took a rep at LB in those last 7 on 7s

Wonder if it's in a similar role to what Harper played last year.

Je'Ron Hamm showing off some nice speed up the sidelines

Seems to be getting a lot of praise the last two days. If he can manage to get more than -8 yards on an end around on 4th & 1, he may have a decent shot of making the roster.

Played WR in college. Highlites showed good hands and speed for such a big guy and nice blocking downfield.
Doubt he's ever blocked from the TE spot though.
How in the world could he make the team as a TE and not be a good blocker...

Same way most TEs make it these days.

Hamm did look good catching the ball. He looks like Boo Williams.

Cadet looks really good. He looks lighter & quicker than last year. I think fans will be surprised.

Brees was the last one off the field. He threw with Toon Seantavious & cadet along with mccown & griffin for nearly 20 mins after practice

Seems like Vaccaro is improving his coverage skills.

I hope so anyway.

I understand there's always room for improvement, but was he honestly that bad last year?

I thought he did fine in coverage. Especially for a rookie.

Vaccaro looks bigger. I hope that doesn't hinder him in coverage

No, not at all.

And coverage isn't really super important for his role.
But his coverage looked bad in comparison to his ability to move around the field and tackle everything.

I genuinely do too.

He portrays an attitude that I want our whole defense to have.

Don't think so. I believe he will be put into more of a traditional SS role this year, with Byrd playing that center fielder role. Don't get me wrong he will still line up all over the place, but I highly doubt it will be as drastic especially with an excellent FS like Byrd on the roster.

I hope it spreads...it looked like a completely different unit out there last year, mentally and attitude-wise.
