These are the same "conservative Republicans" who cry foul when we small timber growers want to burn out underbrush. God, I'm beginning to hate these people.

I dont see St.Tammany getting the TMS attention that others farther to the north will get. A lot of hoopla over nothing imo.

I was in Kansas last week and they are having people try to shut them down to save the Lesser Prairie Chicken from the drillers. 84 year old rancher told me he has never even seen a prairie chicken.

the anti fracking movement is akin to the US staging the moon landing movement.

people don't want to educate themselves, they want to listen to left wing environmental loons

Didn't you previously state that you have or will have a personal gain from fracking?

We don't need more folks moving into this region. However, I'm all in favor of fracking; I have a dog in this fight.

All's I know is this is bringing a *ton* of money to rural Texas and, increasingly LA.

Just wondering for anyone who knows... How long is the lifespan of an average NG well? What do they do with that little piece of land when it depletes?

In Texas, we have a lot of old, rusting iron horses that I assume aren't and won't be producing ever again.

Some places where fracing " caused" flaming water, already had this ignitable water

They just don't tell you that in the propaganda movies

That doesn't mean that the vocal opponents of the fracking in those meetings were Republicans. I saw pictures with granola looking old women holding up signs about "big oil."

Now, if they are going to start taking oil from under the land that I own, I'm going to bitch until they cut me in on some of the money. There is nothing wrong with that.

I just recently moved to St. Tammany. I find the majority of people here to be bandwagon jumping vanilla nightmares who are the adult equivalent to the cool clique in high school. Of course, I've met some awesome people. But, they're all transplants, too. This shite makes me laugh.
