Anyone recognize this yahoo? (circa 1982-ish)

Found it in a pile of old pics today.
I was visiting my parents on leave and my little sister wanted me to take her to the county fair to hear some guy sing. I couldn't believe the way the girls swooned over the clown, so I snapped this pic with my little Kodak 110.
(sorry about using a link...I've got to figure what to do about this PhotoBucket bandwidth bullshite)

Saw that pic the other day with others from a guy that was in his openning band and was a photographer that had that and others.

I'll try and elevate this thread to Outdoor Board relevance. ..
I have a friend who fish/hunt guides trips around south Texas and resides in Shiner. Anyways, he's buddies with a guide who is on staff year round to take George to Costa Rica in his luxury yacht whenever he up and decides that's where he wants to fish. Said he walked in the guides kitchen one day and Ole George was in there casually having a brew.
He said he was told by the guide not to act in awe or anything. Told him to just chill when George is around, ha

You could put an end to this if you just took a pic of the "pile of pics" with the one in question in the picture.
Well, maybe not put an end to it because then there's still the question of how that website broke into your house and stole your picture.
