Would definitely out this guy as that is complete bull shite especially for a repeat customer like yourself.
All good charter captains want you to catch fish and have a good time and are usually more apt to cancel then the customer is.

So anywhere from 24-32 trips the past 8 years and he was a smartass to you? Seems like a sort of friendship would be built after you spent 20k+ with the guy
