Thanks. Thought you might like him.
I saw a list today of dogs that make my homeowners insurance go up. I was praying American bulldog was not on it. It wasn't.
Staffordshire terrier was on it. That's what you have right? That pretty silver one?
That list was bs btw.
Edit: silver or blue? What do you call him?

Yeah, the list sucks, but we put him through the good citizen program, so we're good.

They call it blue with white markings. That's because he is more blue than white.

What is the good citizen program? Hmmm...

It's a program provided by the American Kennel Club.
ETA: they offer it for breeds recognized and registered by the AKC.
ETA: it's basically training; it allows you to get insurance, sign leases at Apts, etc even though you have a restricted breed

26 lbs in this pic at 8 weeks old.
He's about 45lbs now. The vet says he'll be well over 100lbs.

Beautiful, and a load he will be.

Nevermind you didn't edit.

He's awesome. What's he weigh? About 40lbs?
We looked at getting one but mrs house was dead set on a foster/adoption dog.
We actually got to see both parents. We got him from a lady that teaches at the lsu vet school. Might as well have paid for a purebred dog after it was done.

Is that a dog door in that pic?
Posted on 6/7/14 at 1:36 am to AHouseDivided
It sure is. The door is open slightly.

I wish.
Our back doors have glass.
Coons and other things don't try to get in?

We have a cover that goes on the inside. Never had a problem. :knockonwood:

Snakes. That's what Mrs House would be afraid of getting into the house.

I think about that all the time, actually.
