Just let her blow you in the parking lot. You just have to distract her long enough for your buddy to escape with the friend. A good friend will return the favor and fall on the chubby one next time.

When Lead calls "Breaking" the good Wingman puts a pair of rockets directly under the Lead, as he is very vulnerable to being shot down as he breaks off of his gun run.
