There is a chance, albeit slim, that my wife and I will be relocating in August for 12-14 months for an assignment for her work.

We have a 2/1 in Mid-City that we'd just rent out for the year...I'll keep this thread in mind if that occurs.

We just started looking around, but I really haven't found much home rental wise in the area I like.
