Fuel line issue ( primer bulb collapsing)

Gents,
While running my engine slowly loses fuel flow and dies. The bulb is collapsed. I reprime and run a bit longer (5-10 minutes at a time) before the same thing happens again.
Brand new gas tank and fuel line assembly.
I'm guessing some sort of ventilation issue, but not sure where to begin after the tank and fuel line.
Thoughts?

definitely a ventilation problem. unscrew the gas cap and see if it works right.
is it a plastic portable tank or a permanent tank.
if portable the gas cap is bad or has a vent on top of it you unscrew

Check for inline filter on the motor, possibly it need to be clean or change.
