Leave the root end intact. Cut in lengthwise. Rub it with olive oil and grill it for af few minutes cut side down

While still hot squeeze on lemon and grate Parmesan over it. Excellent side to grilled shrimp or a fat steak

I like a little reduced balsamic drizzled on it with parm or romano. So good. I have a few hearts I need to use. Might add use them for dinner with the salmon tonight.
