I guess the .4 shot ten years ago against the Spurs is certainly a historical footnote in the NBA and the best playoff game I have ever watched, but Fish as a player is obviously not worthy of the Hall.

Derek Fisher was the point guard in an offensive system that doesn't need a point guard, the triangle.

Even though it's really REALLY easy to make the basketball Hall of Fame, Derek Fisher still won't make it, at least as a player.

Man....it was in 2004 so how young are you?
I had season tickets for the Lakers that year and I went to all of the games in L.A. but I still remember EXACTLY where I was when he made that shot, in a dive bar in Seal Beach!
