Medical Question regarding Moles (skin)

Can you safely remove a mole without going to a dermatologist? I know there are products to remove warts but I've never seen anything designed for moles of even skin tags.

Sure. Go see a Family Medicine or Internal Med doc that does derm procedures. FM does this more commonly in my experience.

Your primary care doctor should be able to remove them.

Pointless to remove with a knife. It will grow back. They have roots.

Applying tea tree oil a couple times a day for a couple of weeks can cause a skin tag to wither, die, and fall off.
