Thoughts on Beretta A300

Looking to get a semi auto for doves and ducks.
I know I should go shoulder a few different types etc.

What's the difference between the A3000 and A300?

I don't see the A3000 on their website.

I wouldn't worry too much about this, assuming you're going with a Beretta or Benelli -- because they come with adjustable shims.

You might mount one in the store, find you're not looking down the rib, and decide to scratch that one off your list. But the answer will probably be to adjust the shims, like we all(most of us) do.

Gun manufacturers can't design//build a stock that will fit every body type//build. Hence the shims. But you can't do the shim adjustment in the store -- you gotta have enough faith that you'll be able to make it fit after you do the adjustment at home.
