Got plenty of red,yellow and green bells. Looking for Ideas on what to do with them for dinner meals.

I have this problem a few months out the year. Use them in everything you cook. From spaghettis to omelets and everything in between. Make sauces and salsas. Pickle. Pepper sauce. Dice vacuum seal and freeze.






Roast em up and salsa.

In addition to varieties of stuffed, you can chop and freeze for future use.

The wife made a salad with a bunch of peppers and some other veggies the other night. Looked pretty good.
