Yea the lake looks huge. Were looking for a lot to buy in a neighborhood similar to Carriagewood Estates right by there on Vignes road. I just dont know if they have any lots available for sale in there anymore?

I live in carriagewood. Pass by that development everyday. As poster above said looks like small lots and will be spec homes. Not sure though, that's just how it looks. The first filing in carriagewood looks to have about 30 lots left per the website. 2nd filing(smaller lots) have a bunch left. Go to gminvestmentsbr.com for info. I can tell you that things are happening quick. I moved in last august and since then there's been roughly 20 houses built or in the process of being built.
