Have to give the other kid some credit for not hitting him again. I don't know how bad he was hurt from that first punch (his face was pretty busted up), but if he hits him again at that point it would have been excessive and could have really injured him.

Moral of the story: Talk shite, be prepared to get hit. It's a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
ETA: It looked like the kid didn't want to fight in the first place. He could have really put it on him if he wanted to.
