go beer for beer between tin roof and parish.

its not even comparable imo.

tin roof has 2 good beers in juke joint and parade ground.

parish has the 2 best beers ever brewed in the state in ghost in the machine and grand reserve, and have 3 other good beers that are equal, if not better than anything tin roof does in envie, hoptagon and farmhouse.

i think you don't know much about beer.

Does he work for Parish?

If so, I'm sorry your Parish beer is delicious. God I wish I had some right now.

To be fair, I was just comparing it to another brewery. I forget how easily butthurt you guys get about beer. It doesn't take knowing a lot about a beer to decide whether or not I enjoy it.

Different strokes for different folks

When the consensus is that Parish is better than Tin Roof and you are the outlier, you may wanna take a look in the mirror....

I think everyone should regularly support your local craft brews that are making an effort to put out out good beers. The beer maven culture around during here now says if you aren't drinking some heady topper of unobtainable limited release Allagash whale vertical than you might as well be drinking liquefied feces. I have had it with the maven culture

I agree with you. I'm just wondering when people will start giving founders a "meh"

Awesome. You would probably do well on the political talk board.

I like both of these also. Really enjoy parade ground porter.

This is a solid thread. Definitely enjoying it. If you can't perceive a difference between Parish and Tin Roof I dunno if craft beer is for you.

Is Parish a world beater? Not yet. But it seems like every single beer is better than the last, for the most part, and with their dedication to producing a quality product I wouldn't be shocked to see them rapidly rise in prestige over the next few years.

Canebrake is better when it's not freezing cold. When it's just cold it tastes excellent. Also love south coast

They aren't very impressive. Sorry but they aren't.

I'm not acting like I drink heady topper daily but I know when a brewery is putting out knock your socks off beer.
