Even PFF isn't that sensitive.
We saw this season that a weak link brought down the scores of the guys next to him.

That's why I said it helps to have good players around you. It makes you play better(higher score). And coming here he'd still have good players around him(maybe not one of the guys right next to him...).
Playing with bad players will make you try to do to much and your play will suffer, which is what happened with us.
And even the it doesn't always rub off. Evans(-5.5) and DLP(-3.7) had far worse scores than Grubbs(0.7) and Strief(-0.1) run blocking.
So while who you play with matters, it also depends a lot on what you do.
