He is an odd looking guy, but I wouldnt write a few paragraphs about it. Besides, he is fricking crazy beautiful women on the daily.

I doubt he will slay more poon in a month than you will in a lifetime unless you got married very young. Better quality poon sure....but I hope you end up sleeping with at least 30 women in your life, which is probably the most he hits in a month. As far as looks go he is super shredded, is highly successful, is a super-star athlete, is always happy, has boatloads of money and has more confidence than just about anyone ever. Sure his face doesn't look like a young Brad Pitt but women find the qualities I listed attractive and want to be around a guy that possesses them . I wish I was as un-attractive to women as he is!

I think I may be asking a question with an obvious answer, but do all of these women we see with the rich ugly dudes actually believe they are going to see any of the $$$$? They have to realize they are a flavor of the day right?

I've seen physically "unattractive" dudes pull more hot women than some of the "Brad Pitt" types in my lifetime. It all came down to confidence, personality, and character. (taking money out of the equation)
But just looking at her body language... I'd would have to say this is not the case with him.

I'm not going to comment on Manziel's looks except to say that he's not deformed. With everything else he's got going for him, he doesn't have to resemble a young Sean Payton to get noticed. [Tried to insert pic from Bears program, but failed due to operator error.]
But I think you're off base with this comment:
IMO, Manziel's sense of entitlement, if you call it that, has nothing to do with his looks. He comes from a wealthy famlily and has got more money that the average college student, not including his earning potential, which is also above the average college student, he has way more skill than most guys his age, and he's famous and has been said to have a charismatic personality, he has shown leadership qualities in the locker room and on the field. He's a winner and has won one of the most coveted tropies in all of sports.
Guy does not need to rely on looks for a sense of entitlement.
