Either someone is justified in their actions, or they are wrong. You seem to want to have it both ways. The cop is wrong (not justified) but I do not have a problem with him doing wrong to this kid as he deserves it (even though he broke no law).
Cops are not justified, but I have no problem with them mistreating people that act in an irritating way even if they break now law.
Truth: you cant handle it.
