Yuppie punk. I could see if the officer was doing something wrong but he was just trying to get a rise out of him( which he did) That cop may get fired or time off for this while ,this punk goes back home to his parents house and waits on his goverment check

Huh? It appears from the video(unless you are privy to other info) that he was pulled over for observing a public servant in the execution of his duties. That's a crime? Fatcop needs to dial down his roids. I do applaud his partner.

Failure to answer the question "why are you following us around , you have circled 5 times?"

I'd say you need to be able to answer that question...honestly versus a follow up questions like "What have we done wrong?" Otherwise you are just "Bringing trouble on yourself".

The officer showed respect and the punk showed no respect.. and that my friends is how the law will be "enforced".

This is a typical video of a punk intentionally trying to entice an officer of law , records it and then places the video on the internet for giggles. I really have no tolerance for that kind of citizenship.

So you're carrying out your duties at a crime scence and vehicle just keeps circling around.

that is a distraction and would make me curious if that vehicle had any involvement with the people in the crime scene.

If you're sincere and honest, perhaps you say "We were just curious officer"

but the real answer is, "we just wanted to see if we could ruffle your jimmies for no reason"... "to see if you would cross the line of the law"

"I'd say 2 days in jail for that kind of BS.

He's well known to local leo's, hence his partners measured response. He runs a local watchdog .org. They knew they were under no threat. Again, watch his partners response.

It's not game from his point of view.. It's blatant disrespect and a distraction/ obstruction.

Is the kid under the influence?

The kid has an agenda, and that's not cool. There is a right way and wrong to handle yourself and he clearly wasn't as smart as he thought he was.

I disagree. There are no laws being broken, there is nothing to enforce therefore there is no reason for the cop to detain. IMO it sets a bad precedent.

He's not? He was sent on his way, viral video under his arm, while the cop likely faces some sort of corrective training. I'd say the cop wasn't as smart as he thought.
