Definitely needs to be on the top of your list. Also I think it lends itself well to solo dining @ the bar. I may do that soon if they have a happy hour. Need to inquire about that.

I've tasted 7 different steaks from them and my favorite two were the hangar (rare) and the outside skirt w/ the skin (med rare).

Make sure someone gets a skirt or flank cooked rare. The prime flank really shines when lightly cooked. Goes great with the sauces.
