Ah yes. I forgot they brought us out some of that. Now that I think back, I remember it being a pretty mediocre chimichurri.

Nice review bro. I'm normally a picture guy but you did well with words. I need to get over there.

Should I stick to the hanger steak my first trip ?

My favorite chimichurri is the one I had at Cafe Tango in Santa Rosa, but I'm not sure it's more authentic. We eat the Argentina family style dinner a good bit, and we've started using 1/2 the chimichurri as a steak marinade. My BIL's favorite restaurant is Las Vacas Gordas in Miami, so we copy their chimichurri as much as possible.
