Went for a wellness check on Friday and mine was 140/80.
I'm a 35 m. This has me a little concerned. I've never considered myself unhealthy I do drink probably too much beer which might have an effect on it.

yours is not ideal but not alarming either. I think you are in the prehypertension range.

115/70
I am 22. Hating my last job actually elevated my BP.
You need to reduce your sodium intake. Probably reducered meat intake as well.
A primarily veggie/fruit diet will do wonders for high BP.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless you consistently get readings like that. Your BP will fluctate quite a bit over a few days and if you were nervous at all it will be higher.
Last time I had my checked it was 135/78. But its been has high as 140/90, but the dr wasn't worried.

I'm normally exactly 120/80 but I am sitting at the doctors office right now and I just was 125/103. It's probably because I partied all weekend but it's still gay!

It runs between 110/60 and 120/75 depending on when I take it.
I have white coat syndrome bad though (ironic given that I'm a med student) and it's always at least 135/85 at the doctor. I have to take it at home.

My doc just told me last week that anything over 140 or 90 is not good.
