80's, he was likely in his 60s?

WTF, math dude. I was in Tiger Band with him in 1985 and I am 48. I think he was 50 or 51.

Wasn't he young? He was always nice to chat with. We didn't always agree bu he was level headed about most things.

Is there a link to an obituary? I'd like to know more about him.

He will be missed on here. Sounded like he did some good deeds in IRL. Definitely, uh, disagreed with him on some stuff, but RIP.

Just another reminder that life is short and you just never know... Enjoy it as much as you can while you have it. Wish I lived by that motto more

Well I feel like I have lost one of my 3 or four best friends on this board.

Please -please- please- don't let this be true!

I don't know, but the "Los Angeles' connection (in terms of screen names) on here is cursed.

Damn!

I met him in L.A. on my second motorcycle trip to the northwest. Had lunch with him and visited his home.

A nicer guy I never knew.

Sorry to lose folks like that.

I have not seen an obituary yet. I just found out from one of our mutual friends this morning. As I know more information, I will post here.
