It's pretty much a giant tailgate on the beach with hot girls in bikinis everywhere. Not sure who wouldn't enjoy going.

I remember one time I went I was still in college. We get down there and it's in full swing. Driving down the beach and stuck in traffic, we see a guy walking through the crowd with a completely busted nose. Blood was everywhere and he was crying his eyes out.
Behind him was his gf with her hand over her brow in complete embarrassment.

I went last year for the first time. It's a mix of city folk and rednecks. I will definitely be going. The bikini contest rules, and whatever you're doing at home drools. Lots of OT 8-9's there.
