Vanilla Oreos
Regular Chips Ahoy. Although I find the small 4 packs are way better than the big sleeve packs.

Get your hands on a bag of Newman's Own Ginger-Os. Think oreo cookie, except the cookies are ginger instead of chocolate (or whatever flavor oreos wafers claim to be). It's a sandwich cookie for grownups.

Apple Newtons

Both Kroger's and Fred's Dollar Store have Apple Newton Type cookies.

Pretty good. Strawberry Newton's are ok too as are blueberry newtons.

Of course, I never met a cookie I didn't like.
