It happens too much in the lot, yesterday as soon as the car made the audible sound he took off. I read too much into things often, so there is a possibility that is the case.

In the winter all the time. Also melts the snow off of it too

You should also never max your AC out or it will wear out faster.

I do. But I drive a diesel. The flow of the oil makes the injectors work. If I don't warm it up first, it'll run rough until it does warm up.
