Let us be the judge. What names are you thinking?
He just said "Guy".
You don't want him to be that Guy. "Hey Guy". No. Just no.

If it's a boy name him Chase. That's all the advise I have.

She hated all the ones I loved. frick.
There's a book about how different we are. I think it's called "Men are from Earth, Women are from Hell"

I'll write you a $10k check if you name your kid SuperSaint on his birth certificate.

My wife and I had this discussion tonight. We have a finalist for a boy and a girl name. Subject to change, but we both really like the two names.

Name him something that you would expect a CEO to be named.

Here's some tips:
Don't pick anything difficult to spell or pronounce.
Think about how it sounds with your last name, and don't forget to check the initials when put together with the middle name you choose.
Franklin Alexander Gautreaux =
Not only avoid names which are easy to tease, but see if there's any way that the name can be shortened into something that will be easily teasible.
Pick something that will sound good for a little kid as well as a grown-up, or sounds good if he/she become President or a doctor.

I will no doubt change my mind 25 times before it's all said and done. That's the hardest part. You like a name, then a few weeks later think "What was I thinking".

Want to see friends and family go ape shite, wait to name the kid for a day plus after the kid is born...

Doesn't matter what his first name is, as long as his middle name is danger. He will always love you .

Same position. We are having our first boy within the next 2 months. I'm leaning towards Evan, what says the OT?

My sister is having her first kid right now. I think what they did was go through family names then narrow it down to ones that they liked or didn't sound too old fashioned. I think they have settled on my Dad's name and my BIL's Dad's name.

If you really love them and you're confident that there's nothing "wrong" with the names you chose, then don't tell ANYONE what they are until after baby is born. Someone (especially strangers on the internet, he-he) will inevitably say something negative about the name and make you start all over.
