I made my own yesterday...
3 cans of chick peas
Tahini
Garlic
Cumin
Lemon
Olive oil
Love this stuff

In last months Chopped Challenge, I soaked wasabi peas for a couple hours then made hummus with half of those and half chick peas. Awesome flavor.

Basic Hummus
1 can Chick Peas partially drained
1/3 cup Tahini Paste
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
3 cranks Black Pepper
3 pinches Salt.
Options
2 oz. Roasted Red Pepper
2 oz. Articoke Hearts
2 oz. Roasted Garlic.
Easy peasy been making my own for 30 years.
